poor soundproofinghigh minibar prices
I was a little disappointed with a few things . the soundproofing in my room, a standard suite, wasn't great. i could hear noise from outside and other guests (it was really disturbing). also, i found the minibar prices a bit high. I think they could be more reasonable. (i would have consumed more).

the rooftop restaurant was delicious, i liked convenient breakfast restaurant in the lobby.
the front desk wasn't great, especially the manager i found her quite unhelpful and frankly disappointing. it's central but the plaza outside had many people using drugs and was near a line of cars.

lovely hotel at a great location

friendly staffrooftop restaurantdelicious breakfaststreet noise
i found all staff very friendly and helpful. the rooftop restaurant had good food and drinks. breakfast was made to order and was delicious. i also liked the location since it was very central.
the noise from the street was audible. i could hear the street noise during the night, especially with cars. lighter sleepers should bring earplugs to reduce the noise.
